5. Calendar and Email Integrations
If you connect Google Calendar, Apple Calendar, or Apple Mail, the app accesses this data only to perform features you explicitly request. Calendar and email content is not stored, sold, or used outside your private user space.
6. AI Processing
Tasks and user entered data may be sent to OpenAI solely to generate responses or suggestions requested by the user. This data is not used by the company to train models and is not retained for purposes beyond delivering the requested functionality.
7. Data Sharing
We do not sell or rent personal data. Data is shared only with service providers necessary to operate the app or when legally required.

Name and email address are retained while an account is active or as required by law. Tasks and user entered data are retained only within the user account and may be deleted by the user.
